Children and Adolescent Counselling
Adolescents are supported in a safe, compassionate space where they can freely express their thoughts and emotions in ways that feel natural to them. Sessions are designed to gently help young people explore their inner world and develop healthy ways to understand and manage their feelings.
Counselling can support teens through a variety of challenges including anxiety, emotional regulation, family changes, school pressures, friendships, grief, and self-esteem concerns. By creating a calm and trusting environment, we work together to build resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness - empowering young people to feel seen, valued, and capable of facing life’s ups and downs with strength and understanding.
Every session is guided with warmth, patience, and genuine care, recognising the unique journey of each adolescent as they develop, heal, and find their voice.
Children
A safe space for little hearts to be heard and understood.
Children can experience big emotions and challenges that they don't always have the words to explain. Children’s counselling provides a gentle, supportive space where they can explore their feelings, build emotional awareness and develop skills to navigate the challenges they are facing.
I support children experiencing anxiety, worries, emotional regulation difficulties, changes at home or school, friendship challenges, low confidence, big emotions and other life transitions, using age-appropriate and engaging approaches that help children feel safe, understood and supported.
